Upload and maintain reference lists (for example suppliers with internal number and VAT ID, property objects, or signatory-to-company mappings) that the AI uses when analysing documents.
The AI would match the recognised party or object against the list, fill the mapped ID into a metadata field, suggest a value when uncertain and only allow values from the list, so you can correct them from the list.
