When a task is assigned to a team with the setting that allows any one member to complete it, the activity log records that the task was completed, but not which team member completed it.
Current behaviour: the activity entry shows the task as done, attributed to the team rather than to an individual.
Expected behaviour: the activity entry names the person who actually completed the task, alongside the team it was assigned to.
Why it matters: for audit and review purposes it needs to be traceable who performed an action, not just that it was performed. With team-assigned tasks, individual accountability is currently lost at exactly the point where it's recorded.
