External document import workflow

When importing a document from a 3rd-party, I want to be sure it follows all required workflow steps. That includes:

1. Applying automated review

2. Proposing / discussing changes

3. Applying AI metadata analysis results

4. Assigning the correct approvers

5. Sharing with the right people internally

6. Applying signature blocks if it will be signed in fynk

7. Uploading final executed version if signed outside of fynk

8. Routing notifications to the right person(s)

9. Assign additionally required tasks for the right persons

Templates do most of these jobs for fynk-created documents, but do not work as well for docs imported from word / PDF. Additionally, some of these (especially notifications & tasks) may need to be updated after the initial import. And creating a template for imported docs can be confusing because there’s no way to separate these templates from templates used to create internal documents.

Ideally, one import flow would address all of these steps and this import workflow’s settings would be managed separately from first-party templates.
