In more extensive corporate legal documents (e.g., shareholder agreements), it is often necessary for a Signatory who is authorized to represent multiple parties (e.g., the board member of several group companies) and exempt from self-dealing restrictions to sign on behalf of each party. Currently, Fynk does not support this. Once someone is entered as a Signatory, they cannot be added again as a Signatory for another party within the same document. This significantly limits the usability of Fynk for corporate legal documents.
At present, I can only work around this limitation by either setting up the signer as a "natural person" and manually entering the party outside the signature block, or by registering the Signatory with a different email address.
