Redesign the editor layout, side panel, header, workflow bar, so that a PLG user with zero onboarding can (a) understand what the editor is showing them, (b) always know the next required step toward getting the document signed, and (c) complete the journey draft → signing flow without human help. The new layout must work coherently across all five modes.
